Flatmate wanted for a lovely city centre flat

Hello all,

A double en-suite room is available for a short-term let (until end of November) because my current flatmate is moving out at the end of September. Early move in date before September can be arranged. The flat is in a great location - 2 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes into town and a supermarket around the corner

There is a spacious living area and kitchen with all the modern facilities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board, hoover etc. There is a balcony aswell :-)

The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe.

I have been living in the flat for about a two year now and work in Leeds teaching hospitals. I hope to find a flatmate that shares the same interests and can be a friend aswell as a flatmate
