I have a double room available in a shared student accommodation in the heart of Leeds city centre. It is £109 per week all inclusive and fully furnished. You will have your own room and en-suite toilet. You will however share the kitchen and living room with 5 other students who are on various degrees and different years of study. There are 2 males and 3 females currently living there.

The accommodation has its very own private gym and newly renovated social room with Sky TV and snack machines. A pool table is also due to be installed very soon. This is a very sociable area amongst all students.

There is also Free Wifi in every room, 24/7 security, Contents insurance and a V plus programme for residents events over the course of the year. For example, Day trip to Xscape, Paint balling and Christmas party just to mention a few. This is a great way to meet other students in the accommodation and make friends etc. As mentioned, the flat is situated in the centre of Leeds (LS2) so it is very close and easy to get to both universities, Night clubs, Local bars, call lane, shopping centres and train/bus stations.
