I am a current tenant in this house but have to move on for work based reasons and am looking for someone to take my place.

Rent includes all bills, council tax ect. Only pay the monthly fee- not a penny more!

It is 3 minute walk to LGI, 5 minute work to university and town with a morrisons in walking distance. Permitted parking on a quiet street.

My room is a large double room on the second floor with a nice alcove with wardrobe for storage. Also comes with shelves , bed and a desk.

Bottom floor has communal lounge and kitchen. There are two bathrooms on the same floor as the room.

Other tenants are all easy going professional guys- but I am sure students will be welcome too. Currently 4 other guys.
