Short term let available (may 9th to mid july)

Hi.

Ive lived here since September 2014 so the flat is well furnished and has been taken care of. The flat is really well insulated so is always a comfortable temperature both in summer and winter. All the furnishings are either new or nearly new and it has been fully kitted out with everything you need. The apartment has a balcony, washer dryer, dishwasher, smart tv, ps4 etc. The building had its own gym and is free to use along as you pay a one off fee of £40. Parking is not included. The double bed and mattress is brand new for 2018.

The spare room is a good size and actually looks a lot smaller in the photos so has to be seen. It has a double wardrobe, chest of draws, double bed and the main bathroom in the apartment is onsuite to the room. As i have my own onsuite this would be pretty much exclusively yours to use although will still be the main house bathroom.

The flat is situated at the Gateway West on East Street. Its pretty much a 5/10 min walk to the calls and town and 15 mins from the train station. The room is ideal for someone who enjoys a night out or who works in town so likes a bit of city living.

As for me I work in sales training so keep myself pretty busy and enjoy all the usual stuff, all sports, gym, nights out and pub nights. As its a nice newish flat i like to keep the place clean and tidy so looking for someone like minded.. no scruffy messy people please!!!

The rent is 590pcm all in. Let me know if you're interested. Im looking to get someone in for the start of May.

Although I’m pretty easy going I’ve lived with people before so if you have bad hygiene/smelly, generally are undomesticated or unclean.. do drugs, please domt take offence but i dont think this place is for you.
