3 Students Looking for future house mate!

We are three girls studying at Leeds College of Music. We went for a 4 bedroom house, because the 3 bedroom houses were a little too far out for us, and we just can't afford to pay for an extra room that we're not using. We're all pretty friendly and clean and outgoing individuals and would expect the same from anyone living with us.
As part of our contract, the kitchen is going to be refurbished by the time we move in, in July.
