Spare Room in Leeds City Centre Flat on River Aire

I have a spare double room coming free in the middle of February because my current flatmate has bought a flat (he has said he can vacate sooner if required). I really like the flat so have decided to see if I can find someone else to move in. It was the best flat by a mile when we were looking round.

The flat is ideally located just a 5 mins walk from the centre, 5 mins to a Sainsburys and 10 mins to the railway station. The room on offer is the largest bedroom. The flat has a large shared lounge and separate kitchen area. The flat has a great balcony overlooking the River Aire (perfect for a summertime).

I have enjoyed living in the flat for the past 2 years and am looking for a flatmate who is tidy, laid back and easy to get on with.
