A double bedroom in the centre of Leeds with an en-suite bathroom (with bath). The flat is lovely and has a shared open plan living room and kitchen with a large balcony. The kitchen is very modern with all amenities and the living room has leather sofas and a TV with Sky. The bedroom has a very large wardrobe and the bathroom is recently refurbished.

I am moving away from Leeds on the 29th August so the flat will be available from then onwards. I currently share with a really friendly, professional female and the flat is kept clean and tidy. There are a couple of bars/restaurants in the building which make it a sociable place to live, however the windows are very soundproofed so you don’t really hear any noise.

The flat is located about a 5 minute walk from the bus station and 10 minute walk into town. There is a parking space to rent at £100 per month.

Monthly rent is $375 and bills come to approx. £140 p/month. There is an initial deposit of £650 + agency fees.
