Q one residence flat

I haven't signed for a flat yet but I really want to get a two bed flat in the Q one residence. I'm just putting a feeler out to see if anyone is interested. The property is let by ypp and the price per month ranges from ~£5-600 per person per month it comes with a concierge service and wifi, all other bills are extra. There's secure parking available for an extra £75 per month. It's right in the city centre just behind the St. John's/merrion shopping centre right next to Leeds direct arena hence why I'm really keen to get a flat.

I've uploaded the images provided by the letting agency and all flats are slightly different and may not be exactly the same as the photos provided.

Personally I'll be working almost full time hours and doing my masters. In terms of interests I like most sports and like to keep fit in my free time, I also like going out for food, drinks, cinema the usual things on weekends.
