Huge double room with en suite

This huge double room is available immediately or from 5th March (current housemate has said she will couch surf if the room is needed earlier!) It's a south-facing flat in the West Point apartment complex on Wellington Street, near the train station.

The room has a double bed, a sofa, a big en suite with a shower, loads of built in wardrobe space and a huge chest of drawers - all very good quality.

The shared living room has a fairly standard 2 sofas, big TV, and leads off to a huge balcony.

I am a professional, 29yo female and I work in town. I'm pretty tidy, like going to the gym, and am partial to a gin or two of an evening! If you have any questions about the room (or me!) please feel free to get in touch!
