Double bedroom in City Centre - Iceworks

Hi everyone,

I'm moving to a different country due to a job offer, and therefore have to find someone to replace me in my flat.

It's a two bedroom flat, you'll be sharing it with my current flatmate Abi who works in Leeds. She is extremely relaxed and pleasant to live with.

The flat is in the Ice Works development on New york street (LS2) right next to the bus station, Market and a 2 minute walk to trinity, and 7 min walk to the train station.

There is a shared bathroom, and shared kitchen/lounge with all appliances. The room is fully furnished. There is a car park right across the street (NCP).

Bills & council tax (& internet) are usually £70-£100 a month, on top of rent, depending on summer/winter.

However you do save a lot on transport as it's walking distance to everything in the city centre!

There will be a fee to change the contract over to your name. Females only please!!
