A beautiful double room with a private balcony

A double bed and fully furntished room. With access to thier own balcony. The apartment has only one bathroom - and I am a very clean housemte. No need to bring a duvet, pillows or hangers. All our supplied within the room. No need to bring any forms of cutlery - again all is supplied. The apartment also has a brilliant view of the city - if I say so myself.

Bills (internet, water and electricity) are not included in the contract but can be paid together rather than just me paying if you wish. As the bills will beonline both people can access it anytime they require.

I am tidy person, who loves to go out and about. A rather bad hobby of mine is shopping. I am currently studying dentistry at the univeristy of leeds and will be going into my fourth year, which is quite a critical year. So I will be studying for long hours but I usually go to the library.
