Great Central Location For Professional

Hi,

A room is going to open up in my flat in the next couple of months when my current flatmate moves back to his home country. The room is furnished (bed, dressers, heater etc). The flat has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a shared kitchen/living room area.

The flat is on the third floor and in a very central location near the hospital, great for people working in the city centre. I work the late shift in a central business and it's very convenient for me to get to and from work. Bills aren't included in rent, but I've currently got us set up with good internet, a TV and some games consoles.

Ideally looking for another professional and not fussed about age or gender. As mentioned above I work nights and get home late; we probably won't have a lot of time to socialise during the week. I'm a laid-back and nerdy guy into gaming and books. I get glassy-eyed when people talk about sports, but they probably feel the same way when I talk about old writers.
