The current housemate is pretty easy going lad who works in the railway industry (so you can beat him up over the extortionate rise in rail fares). I am looking for a flatmate who is neat, tidy, friendly and sociable, and enjoy craft beers and ale! Mutual respect of each other's privacy and quiet would be ideal as well:)
