Spacious Double Ensuite - For couple

A spacious double room with an ensuite is available right in the city centre 5 mins walk from Leeds train station. There is a good size living room/kitchen.

Looking for a couple to share the cost meaning you will be sharing with 1 other person.

I am very laid-back and easy going working normal 9-5.30 pm monday-friday.

£535 for the room for the couple so between 2 people that is fairly cheap. Bills are not included but split between 3 people will come to around 80 each or so.

There is a washing machine, dishwasher.

I'm on a 1 month rolling contract. So great flexibility but you can stay long term if you wish.

The room available is large although the pictures does not show it. Its is 4.7 x 3 meters and nots not including the toilet shower.

I can accommodate if you can't only view the property late after work or lunch time just give me a call. The property will go quickly...
