Fully furnished room in a beautiful flat on the edge of the city centre, short walk to the bus station, around 20 mins to the train station.

It's a 2-bed property with a big shared kitchen/living room space.

The room is en suite (toilet, sink, shower) and fully furnished (double bed, large chest of drawers, massive wardrobe, bedside table).

All bills/council tax/broadband included.

Looking for someone who I can get on well with, who is respectful, and who keeps the place clean.

Parking is not included, sometimes spaces can be rented for around £60 a month, but this is not guaranteed.
