Due to my current flatmate relocating there's a room available in this two bed flat in the city centre.
The flat is 2 bed, 2 bathroom (your own en-suite) and a kitchen/dining/living room. There's a washing machine/dryer and dishwasher.
The flat is located on Wellington street, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station, less than 10 to the LGI, and in walking distance to everywhere in the city and near bars and restaurants. There is also a co-op and and M&S food right outside the flat. I have lived here for over 3 years now and I love it!
The flat is is surprisingly quiet for its city centre location and has a great concierge who can take in parcels when you're at work etc.
Bills are usually around £130 extra (depending on energy usage- usually it’s a bit cheaper in the summer!)
(The property is rented through a letting agency however viewings are arranged by contacting me).
I am a 24 year old physiotherapist, very clean/tidy and a non smoker. I am friendly and sociable, but also respect others privacy and enjoy my own company. I am looking someone similar to live with!
