Double Room with En-suite in Leeds City Centre

Hi, I am renting out a double room in my flat near the city centre.
It is a furnished, ensuite room. The main/shared bathroom is large with a bath.
The living room kitchen is a large space and a balcony which gets a lot of afternoon and evening sun in the summer.
The bills are included in the price and we have super fast hyperoptic wifi.

The room is based in Saxton Gardens which is an Urban Splash refurbishment. We have communal gardens, allotments, a bicycle cage and a gym.
There is residents and visitor parking. Residents parking is around £50 a month and visitor parking is £6 for 24 hours.

The flat is about a 10 minute walk to the city centre, the bus station, cafe 164 and the Lamb and Flag pub. It is a 20 minute walk to the train station and a 30 minute walk to the Universities.
It is also close to the Royal Armouries and Leeds Dock.
