We are looking to rent out a large double bedroom with its own ensuite (shower & toilet) with its own kitchenette, in our 4 bed detached house. The room comes furnished with double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers, reading chair, desk, satellite tv and has access to wireless fibre broadband internet. The room is on the ground floor and is pretty much self contained and separate from our living areas (floors 1 & 2). The kitchenette comes with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster. The property is in a much sought after residential development with a large supermarket, 2 smaller supermarkets and a gym with swimming pool all within walking distance.

We are looking for a non smoking professional who is clean and tidy.

All bills are included with the rent.
