The house is situated within Lindley a beautiful picturesque small village on the outskirts of Huddersfield with a varied selection of quaint quirky gift/card shops. Lindley also has a library, hospital, book shop, butchers, boutique, hair dressers/barbers, discerning wine merchant and a sainsburys local. There are several places to eat, including Eric's bistro, and the bubble and squeak which is a licensed deli and was voted by the guardian to be one of its top budget eateries in Huddersfield.

The room is a large attic room with its own bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, single/double bed.

Use of the large kitchen and living room with TV.

The tenant must like animals as there are two friendly dogs, a Jack Russell and Border Collie and one cat.

The house is five mins from the M62, with bus stops at either end of the road with direct links to both Halifax and Huddersfield.
