The house is conveniently situated just off junction 41 of the M1 between Leeds and Wakefield. Outwood train station is a 5 minute walk away. Regular trains run to Leeds (journey time-12 mins) and Wakefield(journey time- 4 mins). We are a 15 min walk away from the main bus route (110) on the A61.
The house is ideal for university students who want to live away from campus but is close enough to enjoy the buzz of Leeds city centre.
We are a busy , friendly and easy going household with a double room to let.
The room advertised has a divan double bed , a built in wardrobe and tv. It also has a desk suitable for student use. You would be sharing the newly renovated house bathroom with one other person. The rent specified includes bills and use of fibre broadband.

Would consider a Monday to Friday let at a reduced rent.
