Excellent public transport links with Huddersfield, Manchester and Leeds all 10-30 mins away by train. Great rural village which offers plenty of walking on the moors if you are interested in the outdoors.

The house is in immaculate condition and offers spacious living for 2 people. I decorated and furnished the entire house in October 2020.
