I will be moving in with my partner within the next couple of months and looking to rent out my home in the tranquil village of Marsden, HD7.

I bought the property last year and have completely transformed the interior everything is pretty much new and in excellent working order (bare in mind it isn't quite finished yet!)

It will come fully furnished and is high spec throughout and just finishing up a new bathroom installation.
There is a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer at the property.

Looking for £850 a month plus council tax and energy estimated to be £150 extra (water and wifi are included in the interim) so total outlay expected to be £1,000.

In addition a supply of firewood will be left to get you through at least one winter after that you will need to source your own but the stove can also use smokeless coal if you prefer.

There is no garden to maintain as it is a back to back terrace but it backs onto the peak district and Marsden moor is a 5 minute walk away.

For the commuter the village is very well located with access to the A62 just around the corner and a train station that has direct trains to Manchester, Leeds and further afield.
Parking is on street and easily available.

There is a little co-op in the village and a decent sized Aldi and Morrisons in neighbouring Slaithwaite and Meltham.
There is also the 184 bus route which has a stop at the end of the road which can take you to Huddersfield or Oldham.

The neighbours are all lovely as well and I'll be just under an hours drive away should there be any issues.

No need to bring anything other than yourself and day to day essentials as the property is fully kitted out with plenty of storage space.

Estimated completion of remaining work is end of July with a view to moving in early- mid August.
