A large house which was newly renovated when I first moved in 3 months ago. Includes a large ground floor double room with king size bed. Sharing with 4 lovely and clean young professional women so we would prefer a female.

£450 per month, £225 deposit

Move in date as soon a possible, the room is empty and available today!!

The room comes with a king size bed, double wardrobe, draws, desk and chair. All white and grey matching modern pieces, bought new for when we moved in.

I am ending my tenancy early because of a change in work circumstance and need someone to take my room.

I love the area of Meanwood and am really sad to be leaving my housemates. They have been so welcoming and respectful of my living environment. You can’t not love them.

The house is situated in a leafy quiet street, just off Monk Bridge Road which runs from Meanwood to Headingley. The street leads down to the beautiful Meanwood trail, which I walk every morning to get to work in the city centre which takes 50 mins to the train station. 10 mins walk to Headingley, 5 mins to Meanwood.
