Lovely double room in Meanwood

A room is available in a bright and spacious Victorian terrace in Meanwood. The room itself is a large double room with attic window.

The house is currently shared with three others, working in engineering, in psychology, and studying towards a PhD at University of Leeds. We like the outdoors, and will occasionally get together over food, a film or board game.

It is located in a lovely quiet area of Meanwood, just next to the Meanwood Valley trail and close to Meanwood park. We are also near the shops and bars in the centre of Meanwood 5-10 mins walk away, or Headingley is 10 minutes walk in the other direction.

There is plenty of communal shared space, wooden floors downstairs and space for bikes. The yard at the back of the house is south facing so gets lots of sun, as does the large dining room. We have a large basement which is great for storage.

I have lived here for over 4 years and have loved being here, it is a beautiful house and i'll be sad to leave! Please get in touch if you have any questions.
