Double Room in Large House in Meanwood

Large ground floor double room available from the end of February 2020. Currently 4 girls living in the property: 3 of which are young professionals and 1 a 3rd year Psychology student at Leeds Beckett. Ideally we are looking for a young, sociable housemate to fit into the fun and friendly household.

The room is fully furbished and spacious. There is a shared open plan living room and dining area, kitchen and utilty room, and two bathrooms both with a toilet and shower. All bills are included minus council tax which will be shared between 4 of the housemates.

The location is in Meanwood/outer Headingley. The house is close and easily accessible to the city centre but located in Meanwood - bit calmer/more wholesome having previously lived in Headingley/hype park areas. There is an Aldi/Waitrose (depending on your budget;)) and nice chilled bars, e. g. Alfred, within walking distance.
