Very convenient area for shops in Meanwood (Aldi & Waitrose) and restaurants and bars (when they open again). Also, a 15 minute walk from the Headingley high street. The house is just across from Meanwood valley trail, which is a beautiful woodland track that runs from the city centre to Golden Acre Park. You can get to the university in around 25 minutes using this track, and to town in around 30. Meanwood park is also 10 minutes away.

Current housemates are v. relaxed and easy going. They enjoy walking, climbing, cooking, Netlfix, the odd night out etc. Holly works at the university, Liam is a medical engineer and Chris is doing a PhD.

The property is managed by Stonhouse letting agents and they are the best letting agents I have been with. They come and fix problems that we report with no issue at all.

Bills are shared and are on average £80 a month each, for gas, electric, council tax, water and internet.

The room is large and has a great window which is south facing, so there is always lots of light. The current furniture is nearly all mine, but Stonehouse will provide whatever furniture you need. I just moved in already owning my own. The drawers with the printer on and the wardrobe belong to the room.

There is a south facing yard and on-street parking.

I am moving as I am buying my own place.

The contract with Stonehouse starts on July 1st and runs for a year, so you would need to sign up to that. BUT they informally allow people to move out when they wish so long as they find a replacement themselves.
