We ahve a bedroom available in a lovely house in a great location, close to the centre of Meanwood! Good links to the city centre and on the door step of Woodhouse Ridge and Meanwood Park.
It's a large 4 bedroom terrace house with a shared kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. The rooms are all fully furnished with double beds, wardrobes and drawers. If you would like more info about the room, the house or the area please let me know.
There are currently three of us in the house. Two guys and one girl. We are all friendly, and laid back young professionals who are looking to find one or two new flatmates as people move on due to work. We are tidy and sociable and are hoping to find people will similar ideals.
Bills will be additional and are typically about £50 at most. Lease is for 12 months.
