Lovely double room in Meanwood

I am looking for somebody to let my lovely double bedroom in Meanwood. I am a post-grad student at Leeds Beckett, however due to my course going online I have decided to move back home for a few months. The room is available from now until the new year, however this could be extended to February if required.

The room is light and spacious and also cosy. There is plenty of storage space and the room comes furnished with basic furniture ie desk, wardrobe etc.
You would be sharing with three lovely female housemates - a PhD student, a nurse and a mental well-being practitioner. Ages 25-28.
Housemates are really friendly and easy going. We regularly have house meals and enjoy hanging out and watching tv together in the evening.

We also have a cat, Penelope, (pictured) so the room wouldn’t be suitable for anybody who is allergic or doesn’t like cats.

The house is really well located on the southern side of Meanwood, which is a lovely area. The Meanwood Valley Trail goes past the end of the street which is a good route for a walk/run or for accessing Meanwood Park. The house is also perfectly located for accessing Headingley which is a five minute walk away.
