Its in a great location, 10 minute walk from Otley Road and a short 10 minute Uber ride into the city centre.
It is close to all Meanwood's amenities including bars, takeouts (I'm currently undecided on which is better between Zucco and Papa Johns!) and supermarkets (Aldi & Waitrose).
The property benefits from free on street parking and the neighbourhood is pleasant and safe.
I would normally be staying until the end of the tenancy, however I have to move for work. It's great property, all the current tenants are very approachable, sociable guys in their early - mid twenties.
