Situated in the very popular Leeds suburb of Meanwood, my house is close to the city centre (<10min taxi ride) and within 5min walk of various supermarkets, food outlets and great pubs while on the doorstep of a corridor of beautiful parks, woodlands and trails leading to Adel Park and Eccup reservoir. It is also a 20-30min walk to the vibrant centres of Headingley and Chapel Allerton

Who lives here?

There are currently 2 of us in the house, however, I am moving down to start a graduate medicine course in Warwick, so looking to provide some company for my housemate.
You will be sharing with Joe, a 27-year-old lawyer from Leeds. Tidy, friendly, and respectful, he’s always up for a chat, but equally happy to give the prospective housemate their own space. In his spare time, he’s a keen cyclist and gym-goer, and you’ll often find him at Elland Road or at the nearby Headingley stadium.
