Cozy Room in Meanwood

Room available from 1st of July 2023 due to housemates graduating and moving away.
Good area with an Aldi practically on the doorstep.
Lots of nice little independent businesses around, Headingly is a 10 min walk away.
Plenty of bus routes.

The room has a double bed (been replaced with new since pic was taken), wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is room to add more of your own furniture if needed.
There is a shared bathroom on the first floor with an actual bath with an over the bath shower.

I only go out occasionally but love socialising within the house and having friends over whether is just for a cuppa or a proper bev.
I'm relatively "sporty" and part of Uni Of's Kickboxing & Krav Maga society as well as doing regular strength training at the gym.
I have a partner who stays over roughly one weekend a month during term time but more often/longer during the holidays.

I have a house rabbit named Gerald and a dog called Millie. They are both very social and love people and are both very food motivated (like me! 🤣)
Gerald lives on the landing/stairs area but is allowed in other parts of the house with supervision. Millie is only upstairs under supervision at the moment as she is still training to be gentle with Gerald, but will probably be allowed to roam by the time you move in (happy discuss any rules and boundaries regarding the pets).

Gerald is currently 2.5 years old
Millie is 9 months old.
