**Friendly relaxed houseshare in Meanwood**

The housemates:

We're a friendly and sociable bunch and as it's a shared home there are many and varied interests going on, whether that's climbing, running, live music and seeking out new restaurants and cooking - Kirsten; coffee, live music, sports - Jack; or visiting galleries/museums, cooking, films with housemates, and walks in Meanwood park - Laura. The house is always clean and tidy and has a peaceful vibe.

You:

We're looking for someone that wants a place to call Home. The mix of people is really important and a friendly individual would work well. A basic level of self-awareness and consideration for other housemates is essential. Ideally a non-smoker, or if not, someone considerate enough not to smoke in the house.

House:

Just one room is available in this lovely 4 bedroom home. Is located on the second floor, furnished with a small double bed, large closet and storage cupboard, and bedside table. Neutral wool carpet, painted white walls and a large window with far reaching views make this room bright and welcoming.

The shared spaces in the house include a large dining kitchen, a separate lounge, a large shower room, and a further bathroom with a shower over the bath. Both bath/shower rooms are on the first floor and each has a sink and toilet.

There is space for sitting outside to the front and rear of the property, and also a small secure outhouse with enough space for storage of 4 bikes to the rear.

Location:

Location wise, it doesn't get any better than this! On the border of Meanwood and Headingley, Alfred's is a 2 minute walk down the road, as is Waitrose, or it's a 5 min walk to the bars and restaurants in Headingley, or a short walk or taxi/bus to Chapel Allerton. Meanwood Park and the Valley Trail can be reached from a track at the end of the road, brilliant for walking, running, cycling and BBQ's in the park!

Bills:

Bills are split between 4 and work out at approximately £90 per person per month inc Council tax (Band B). There is also a lovely cleaner that does 2 hrs every 2 weeks, cleaning the communal areas - payment for this is arranged directly by the housemates.
