Double Room in Quiet Meanwood Cul de Sac

Hi I'm Jonny. I have a double room, and a potential home office (negotiable) available to rent. There is a light and spacious lounge with dining area, a shared kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and washing machine available. There is also a small front garden with table and chairs, a perfect spot for catching that evening sun.

You'd be sharing the house with me and I currently live on my own. I work for a local craft brewery, and have a variety of interests including sport, music and good food/drink. I tend to be fairly busy out and about during the week and at weekends, so don't spend all my time at home.

I'm looking for someone easy going, clean and tidy to come and hopefully enjoy the house and location - Meanwood is great!
