Large double available to rent in central Meanwood (close to local pubs, Waitrose, Aldi, poundstretcher, doctors, post office etc.) as well as Meanwood Park, woods, and the valley trail 🍃

All bills included with high speed internet and the room is fully furnished with a double bed 🛌

Available due to one of the current housemates relocating to Australia! 🦘

You would be the 3rd member of the house, along with 1 male and 1 female already in the house.

We are professionals working full time and prefer a quieter house but still enjoy socialising, going to the pub or having a glass of wine and a film and going for dog walks.

There is 1 bathroom in the house, and the kitchen comes with all appliances available for you to use (there is a washing machine and a dryer, air fryer, slow cookers, food processor, blender, coffee machines etc).

Please contact me to come and see the house and to meet us, we would like someone who is easy going , independent and dog friendly as we have 2 small dogs in the house too ☺️

We would consider pets as long as they all get along 🐶 🐱

There is free on street parking! 🚘
