Current housemates are me and my best friend, both civil servants who work from home. We are very friendly, easy-going and relatively quiet. We enjoy cooking, science, gaming, walks around Meanwood park, and are looking for someone who is a post-grad student/professional.

Bills are per person per month are approx £70 in summer and approx £100 in winter.
Proof of paycheck is required. Looking for someone to move in in May ideally.
