Room in central Meanwood

Hello! I'm a live-in landlord with a room available from late August 2025. You can check my airbnb account for reviews ("cosy bungalow in the heart of meanwood"). The room available is a large double bedroom (14.5 square metres) on the ground floor with a double bed, desk and armchair. You would have your own bathroom, it's not quite en suite but it's just across the corridor from the bedroom. The house is well insulated and well heated. The rent includes all utilities, council tax and broadband.

About me, I'm a data analyst and work from home 90% of the time, often out in the evenings for gigs/cinema/social. Note that I cook quite a lot and we would be sharing the kitchen. Looking to share with someone who's a bit sociable and is maybe up for cooking/hanging out together on an evening but also respects the need for space.

Location wise, it's a 10 mins walk from Aldi, 2 min walk from Waitrose, 15 minute walk from the Arndale centre in Headingley. There's ample free street parking. It's also walking distance to Meanwood park and Woodhouse ridge.
