Room in central Meanwood

Hello! I'm a live-in landlord looking for a tenant/housemate. The room available is a large double bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, desk and armchair. You would have your own bathroom, it's not en suite but it's just across the corridor. There's ample free street parking. I cook quite a lot and we would be sharing the kitchen. I'm looking for someone a bit sociable since I'm going to be sharing my house with them, who's maybe up for cooking together and that kind of thing. So would definitely want to have a chat and meet up before making any decisions.

The rent includes all utilities, council tax and broadband. I have some short term Airbnb lets up until 1st of March so it's available from 2nd March.

It's a 2 min walk from Waitrose, 5 mins from Aldi, 10/15 minute walk from the arndale centre in Headingley.
