Gorgeous Sublet In Meanwood/Headingley 🌀

Looking to sublease my gorgeous Meanwood room for 3 months (April-July)!

It’s a furnished and really decently-sized room looking out on to an enormous garden that backs onto the beck, really near Headingley and Meanwood central. Room is 1st floor facing garden and I chose it because you can sit out the windows, which is so nice. The rent is 500 a month + bills (around 67 all in) & council tax (Band D).

It’s a huge house with separate living and dining rooms and my housemates are all really lovely. It’s a 5 bedroom house (2 bathrooms + toilets) and there’d be 6 of you in total. We all get on really well, and it’s very much a home where we cook and do fun things together, and I’m looking for someone who can contribute some good energy!

I wouldn’t be leaving if it wasn’t for a career move to the big smoke. The person who subleases will need to pay a month’s rent as a deposit also, !!!!but this can be negotiated so don't let it deter!!! 🌀 Include 'Daffodil' in your message so I know you've read the ad
