Room for rent in Meanwood

Hey we're Charlotte, Hatty and Laura and we're looking for a fourth housemate to join us from around the 18th May (there is some flexibility on the date).

The house is located close to both Meanwood and Headingley and less than a 10 min walk from Waitrose, Aldi and plenty of pubs/cafes.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a large dining room, and a patio out the back which is great for summer drinks/BBQs.

The actual room for rent is huge and is at the front of the house on the first floor.

We're pretty clean/tidy and have a cleaning rota, looking for someone who is happy to join in with this and keep the place looking decent.

Socialising as a house is important to us but we also respect each other's space. We enjoy a house meal together or trip to the pub and looking for someone who wants to get involved with this kind of thing.

Will start doing viewings after the ad has been up for a week so that everyone has a chance to message without having to give spareroom any money!

NOTE: the rent will be increasing to £390 from 1st July and doesn't include bills - they end up being around £100 extra a month.
