Double room for rent in Meanwood

Hiya, we’re Charlotte, Hatty and Sophie and we’re looking for a fourth housemate to join us from around the 1st July.

The house is located on the Meanwood/Headingley border and less than a 10 min walk from Waitrose, Aldi and plenty of pubs/cafes.

The house has 3 floors with 4 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and a patio out the back. The actual room for rent is a double room on the top floor (photos of room will be uploaded asap)

We like to keep the house pretty clean and tidy and have a cleaning rota - looking for someone who is happy to join in with this.

We’re quite social as a house and enjoy having a house meal together and the occasional trip to the pub, but also respect each other’s space.

We’ll start doing viewings the week beginning the 3rd June so will start replying to people the week before :)

NOTE: bills are NOT included and usually come to about £100 per person per month.
