I'm looking for a friendly, laid back and tidy housemate to move into the spare room in my terraced house in meanwood.
The room itself is situated in the basement with its own internal entrance from the shared kitchen. The tenant will also have their own private shower room with shower, toilet and sink - see pictures :)
A bit about me - I'm 35, work full time at the university and spend most of my free time either running, being outdoors more generally and watching films. It would be great to live with someone I'd get along really well with :)
