Cozy room available in Meanwood House

Located near the centre of Meanwood, our house is part of a long terrace with the front door opening onto a quiet cobbled street. There are plenty of amenities nearby, such as bars, shops, and supermarkets, with Meanwood Park and the Urban Farm being only slightly further away .

The available room is on the first floor and, as the smallest bedroom, its rent is lower than the others (£245 p/cm as opposed to £285). It will be available from the 1st of September.
Bills are not included, but aren't currently too high. The house is in Council Tax Band B.

We’re looking for a housemate who is interested in staying for a while (ideally, at least a year), keeping shared spaces clean and making the house feel like a home. Our landlord requires proof of employment.
