Hi ! We’re Sophie, Hatty and Meg and we’re looking for a fourth housemate to join us from 18th August 2024.
The house is located in Meanwood/Border of Headingley near Woodhouse Ridge. We’re less than a 10 minute walk to Waitrose, Aldi and plenty of pubs/cafes !
There are three floors with 4 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room and a small patio out the back. The room for rent is a double bedroom on the top floor.
We like to keep the house pretty clean and tidy and have a weekly cleaning rota, so we’re looking for someone who is happy to join in with this.
We’re quite social as a house and like to watch movies/tv together, have house meals every now and then and go on the occasional trip to the pub, but we do also respect each other’s space.
Council tax band C. Please note that bills are NOT included and usually come to about £100 per person per month.
