Looking for housemate for Unique meanwood 2 bed

Hi there,

My name’s Liss (she/her), and I’m excited to share that I’ll soon be moving into a unique church conversion flat in Meanwood, and I’m looking for someone to take the second bedroom. Inst (ey. create)

The flat is a real gem – it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and stunning stained glass windows that bring in tons of natural light. The property is currently being renovated, and as you can see in the photos, it's shaping up to be a beautiful, one-of-a-kind space. I’ll be furnishing the flat myself (I’m a big fan of interior design, so I’ll do my best to make it feel like home!).

The location is perfect for getting into town, with lots of great coffee spots and shops nearby. When I viewed the flat, I met one of the neighbors who reassured me that it’s a lovely complex and a really friendly area.

A bit about me: I’m a self-employed producer working in the arts. I do some work from home, so the big windows and bright, airy atmosphere are perfect for my creative work. I’m looking for a flatmate who’s easygoing, respectful of shared spaces, and excited about making this beautiful place home. See the first photo for my current interior.

The property is also council tax band A.
