All of this is at the bottom of my road. Headingley, Chapel Allerton all within easy walking distance. City centre approx 15 minutes on a bus.
The house is bright and spacious with: livingroom (big TV), dining room, kitchen and conservatory (big TV) that has a treadmill. South facing garden with sitting area and big BBQ. It is really nice in the spring and summer.
Room to rent is very cosy with: double bed, desk, wardrobe, drawer, bed shelve and lamp. It has pretty view over the calm street.
There is three of us. We are easy going professionals.
