New housemate to join our lovely Meanwood house

Looking for someone friendly, chilled and reliable to add to our lovely Meanwood 4 bed.

Our housemate is sadly moving away! We have lived in this house 3+ years as it's a lovely house!

We’re looking for someone to join the house from the 1st July 2025 with a view to stay longer term (1y+)

The house is close to the shops and Meanwood Park and we have a small garden. The house has all the usual conveniences and also has a tumble drier and gas oven. The house is spacious, bright and in fairly good condition and we try to look after it well.

The existing house are 27-29 and work across education and arts.
As a house we like to hang out together in the evenings as well as have our own space, and are keen to maintain our existing environment of respect and good communication!
We are pretty much a veggie/vegan house and like to cook and eat together a few times a week so would be nice to find someone to add to this also. We share bills and cleaning responsibilities equally between us.

The landlord is a private landlord and they’re understanding and quick with any repairs!

The room is on the 1st floor and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside table.
