Stunning Double Room in Meanwood

Hello - we're three young professionals in our late 20s; 2 boys and 1 girl. We've lived here for three years but sadly our fourth housemate is abandoning us at the beginning of October, so we're looking for someone to move into the spacious double room at top of the house. Bentley Lane is a pretty sweet area - neighbours are really sound, extremely cat friendly and there's free on street parking that's relatively easy to find.

We're fairly social as a house and tend to watch movies/tv together, have house meals and go on the occasional trip to the pub. Equally we're pretty laid back, everyone very much has their own thing going on. Preferably looking for someone between 25-35 who is working.

Rent for the room is £350 per month and bills are around £100, but obviously it varies slightly. We are currently on a rolling contract for flexibility with two of us potentially moving in Jan/Feb 2026.
