Room in Meanwood

Currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The room is a good size and has a very cozy feel to it. The rent is £377 and bills are £90 for unlimited water, gas and electric (wifi isn’t included in the package so would need to be sorted for when you move in but can discuss you taking over my contract or adding wifi onto the bills package for you) and council tax is £40.
