The bedroom is a cosy and warm loft room which is fully furnished. The bedroom doesn’t share a wall with any other bedrooms making it a quiet space!
The house also has a spare bedroom. As a house we use it for mostly drying clothes, but also sometimes has been used for working from home or for any friends staying. Huge amounts of storage in the basement, which also has its own door from the garden…
The 2 housemates are chilled, friendly to hang out with but also respect your space!
Rent, gas, electricity, WiFi & council tax are all sorted by one of the housemates- Bills come to £117 so all in house is £500 per month!
