This room is one of 4 in the house, one of which is taken by a super lovely, cool and creative young lady! We are looking to fill all rooms in the house by December 1st.

The house is really cosy and comfortable and has served us well for nearly 2 years. It’s in a really nice area near the centre of Meanwood with a bus stop and beryl station both 1 min away from the front door. Also very close to lots of local amenities, including Meanwood park, Aldi, Waitrose, meanwood Tavern, Terminus, News And Booze, etc.

Nice patio / garden area out back and all the neighbours are super friendly. The house also features 2 large basement rooms (not pictured) that house our washer / dryer.

The side of the house that this room is on gets most of the sun through the day and has a lovely view looking out onto Headingley.

The rent is £377 per month and bills are £96 including unlimited water, electric and WiFi. Council tax is £40 a month (band B).

There’s 7 months left on the contract, with potential to sign on again for next year, though I imagine that might have to be decided quite soon if you do choose to stay.
