Our current housemate is moving in with their partner, so we’re looking for someone to take their room!
It’s a cosy terrace house with plenty of space, high ceiling living room and kitchen, a spare room for working from home/drying clothes/mates staying the night, and a cellar with loads of storage space.
The house is in a lovely location. It’s right next to central meanwood and all the pubs/shops, ten minutes walk to headingley, and right next to the bus stop into town.
It’s a friendly and relaxed house, so happy to hang out but also respect you having your own space.
Rent comes to roughly £383pp/pm, and all the bills (gas, electric, water, wifi, council tax) are split between us at around £125pp/pm, so all in comes to about £520pm.
It’d be on an initial 6 month contract, going into a rolling monthly tenancy afterwards.
